So many Richmond and out-of-town chefs will be dishing out special events, tours and brunches, dinners during the 3rd year of Fire, Flour & Fork, Nov. 17-20th. You’ll see familiar faces from our food tours like Jason Alley, Brittanny Anderson, Lee Gregory and Velma Johnson, and there will be plenty of new blood like Ed Lee, Iliana Regan, Deuki Hong, Caitlin Dysart, Chris Bianco and Vivian Howard, to name only some! We are all over town (and even doing tours to Autumn Olive Farms in the Shenandoah Valley for a farm luncheon prepared by Ian Boden and Joe Sparatta and to Merroir and White Stone Oysters to the east. If craft smoked meats are your go-to, then you’ll want to go to Smoke on the Water/Swine & Wine at Upper Shirley Vineyards on Friday, Nov. 18th. We’ll have a day of chef demos and classes and the Cavalier Culinary Tent at The Valentine on Saturday, Nov. 19th and then Sunday is chock-full of brunches, Sunday suppers and dinners, and oh, yes, Questlove on our Break It Down panel at VMFA, discussing music, food and creativity.
